In order to expand marketing options for our Hazelnuts, Agrícola Lovengreen Reus Limitada decided to create the export company South Farmers. The company, with nearly 20 years of experience in growing Hazelnuts trees, performs the work of harvesting, cleaning and drying Hazelnuts to obtain an optimal product for sale.
PROCESS STAGES
| 01
HARVEST
It is performed by harvesting machines once hazelnuts fall to the ground after being physiologically mature. Post-harvest, the fruit is processed directly or is stored in a cool place.

CLEANING
Harvested fruit passes through a flow of air and water traps to eliminate a large percentage of external elements from the hazelnuts.
| 03
DRYING
Subsequent to cleaning, fruit accumulates in the drying machines, where through movement and the application of well-regulated hot air, fruit is obtained with adequate moisture.

CALIBRADO
